Schedule/Hours:

• May 15th-17th, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Additional per diem dates available in the future

Responsibilities:

• Conduct PV1 and PV2 verification processes for compounded and commercial prescriptions
• Perform initial and final accuracy and safety checks before prescription fulfillment
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain high standards of prescription quality and compliance

Qualifications or Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with relevant experience in prescription verification
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Knowledge of compounded and commercial prescription processes
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced setting
