Location:

• Sun Prairie, WI

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Rotating weekends

Responsibilities:

• Manage medication dispensing and ensure accurate order entry using QS1 software
• Provide clinical expertise to LTC patients, maintaining high standards of pharmaceutical care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication therapy
• Comply with all regulatory requirements and maintain documentation standards

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Wisconsin pharmacy license is required
• Previous experience in retail or long-term care pharmacy settings
• Proficiency with QS1 pharmacy software
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
