This contract position offers the chance to provide essential pharmacy services in a close-knit healthcare environment with a maximum of 25 patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
- Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy
- Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge for individualized patient care
- Maintain compliance with hospital and state regulations
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain a temporary license
- Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a small hospital setting

Schedule:
- Day shifts only
- Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 06:30 to 19:00
