This contract position offers the chance to provide essential pharmacy services in a close-knit healthcare environment with a maximum of 25 patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff effectively
• Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize pharmacotherapy
• Apply pharmacokinetics knowledge for individualized patient care
• Maintain compliance with hospital and state regulations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain a temporary license
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a small hospital setting

Schedule:

• Day shifts only
• Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 06:30 to 19:00

Duration:
