Schedule:

• Day shifts
• 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (06:30 - 19:00)
  Duration: Approximately 13 weeks or longer
  Job Type: Contract (travel opportunity)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification with precision and attention to detail
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians to ensure accurate and efficient workflow
• Consult with physicians and nurses regarding medication management and patient care issues
• Utilize knowledge of pharmacokinetics to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active New Mexico pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain a temporary license
• Minimum of 2 years of inpatient pharmacy experience, demonstrating clinical knowledge and decision-making skills
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with medical staff and patients
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a smaller hospital environment
