A leadership opportunity is available for an experienced Director of Pharmacy to oversee pharmacy operations at two Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) hospitals in the greater Phoenix area. Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy services across two LTAC hospitals
• Oversee medication management, regulatory compliance, and quality assurance programs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and pharmacy performance
• Manage staffing, budgeting, and procurement for pharmacy departments
• Develop policies and procedures that promote safe and efficient pharmacy operations
• Ensure adherence to state and federal pharmacy regulations and accreditation standards

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with active credentials to practice
• Proven experience in a Director of Pharmacy or similar leadership role, preferably within LTAC or hospital settings
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication safety, and healthcare regulations
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with healthcare professionals
• Experience managing multiple sites is highly desirable
