A well-established, closed-door long-term care pharmacy based in Topeka, KS, is seeking a skilled Staff Pharmacist to join their team. This pharmacy specializes in distributing medications to nursing homes and manages an impressive volume of 800-1000 prescriptions daily. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) to maintain high standards of medication safety and accuracy
• Conduct thorough cycle checks to ensure compliance and accuracy in prescription dispensing
• Verify prescriptions and medication orders efficiently and accurately to support patient care

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Kansas Pharmacist License is required
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience; long-term care experience is preferred, but newer graduates and those with retail pharmacy experience are encouraged to apply
• Ability to start immediately to meet their urgent staffing needs
