Pharmacist - Tracy, California

A California-licensed pharmacist with hospital experience is sought for a contract position based in Lodi, CA, starting ASAP for a duration of approximately 13 weeks. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospital environment utilizing your clinical expertise and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and safety standards
• Consult with physicians and nurses to optimize patient medication management
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles for individualized patient care
• Utilize IT systems including Cerner and Omnicell, with an upcoming transition to EPIC

• Valid California pharmacist license
