Pharmacist - Tulare, California

An immediate opportunity is available for two travel pharmacists to support a large, progressive hospital pharmacy department in Tulare, CA. This 500-bed medical center offers a dynamic clinical environment focused on inpatient care and innovative pharmacy services.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Conduct pharmacokinetic monitoring and analysis
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy outcomes
• Utilize Cerner electronic health record system to manage inpatient pharmacy operations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Active California Pharmacist license is required
• Prior inpatient pharmacy experience preferred
• Proficiency with Cerner system is a plus
• Full-time availability to cover variable days and afternoon shifts
• Strong communication and supervisory skills

Schedule/Hours:

• 10-hour shifts
