This opportunity seeks two dedicated pharmacists to provide in-depth pharmaceutical care across one or both sites of a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and Rehabilitation hospital setting in Oklahoma. These critical roles offer an engaging day shift schedule with responsibilities centered on inpatient care, including order verification, supervision of pharmacy technicians, and pharmacokinetic monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently for inpatient use.
• Supervise and collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to ensure safe medication distribution.
• Apply pharmacokinetic principles to optimize patient medication therapy.
• Support multi-site coverage when possible, enhancing continuity of care between facilities.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist license in Oklahoma required.
