Pharmacist | Tulsa, Oklahoma

A community hospital located approximately 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City seeks a dedicated pharmacist to work night shifts in a 100-bed facility. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to patient care in a close-knit hospital setting. The team is looking for a dependable professional for a permanent role; however, temporary or temp-to-hire candidates will also be considered, particularly travelers who can help maintain continuity until a permanent pharmacist is secured.

Location:

• Near Stillwater, OK (about 1 - 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City)

Schedule:

• Night shifts, 7 days on, 7 days off

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and ensure workflow consistency
• Perform pharmacokinetic monitoring
• Collaborate and consult with physicians and nursing staff to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize Meditech electronic health records for documentation and order entry

Qualifications:

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license required
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
• Commitment to patient safety and teamwork
