A 100-bed community hospital located about 1 to 1.5 hours north of Oklahoma City seeks a Pharmacist for a night shift position. This role is ideally suited for a candidate interested in a permanent placement, though temporary or temp-to-hire options are also considered, with a preference for those open to permanence.

Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift with a 7-on, 7-off rotation

Key Responsibilities:

• Order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Supervising pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Conducting pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring
• Consulting with physicians and nursing staff regarding medication therapy
• Utilizing Meditech IT system for pharmacy operations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oklahoma pharmacist license
• Experience in a hospital pharmacy setting is preferred
• Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
• Ability to work independently during night shifts
