Seeking an experienced Pharmacist with a strong background in chemotherapy and outpatient infusion pharmacy to support patient care by working closely with oncologists. This role is based in an outpatient infusion setting, focusing on delivering optimal medication therapy regimens for patients undergoing cancer treatment.

Location:

• Union Grove, WI (close to Milwaukee)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, day shifts

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense chemotherapy and other infusion medications accurately
• Collaborate with oncologists and healthcare team members to ensure safe and effective medication therapy plans
• Review prescriptions for appropriateness, dosage, and potential interactions
• Counsel patients and caregivers on medication therapy and possible side effects
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols in the infusion pharmacy setting

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current credentials
• Proven experience in oncology pharmacy, specifically chemo and outpatient infusion
• Ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary medical team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
