This per diem opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with retail and long-term care experience seeking flexible work within a supportive healthcare setting.

Location:

• Yankton, SD

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Specific dates include Friday, March 20th, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday, April 24th through Friday, May 1st, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute medications prescribed by physicians and other healthcare practitioners
• Provide clear, detailed information to customers regarding medication usage and safety
• Deliver exemplary customer service, addressing patient needs with professionalism and care
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid pharmacist license in South Dakota is required
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings is highly preferred
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered service
