A pharmacy position is available for a Per Diem Pharmacist to support retail and long-term care settings with flexible scheduling during specific dates. This role is suited for a detail-oriented professional dedicated to delivering accurate medication distribution and excellent customer service.
Location:
- Vermillion, SD
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Specific assignment dates include:
- Friday, March 20th, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday, April 24th through Friday, May 1st, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Offer clear, informative guidance to patients regarding their medications
- Maintain a high standard of customer service focused on patient care
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality pharmaceutical services
Qualifications:
- Valid South Dakota Pharmacist License required
- Experience in retail pharmacy or long-term care environments preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
