Pharmacist - Wadena, MN

A specialty pharmacy in Wadena, MN is seeking a skilled pharmacist to join their team on a contract basis for 13+ weeks. This position offers a blend of retail and long-term care pharmacy duties, providing a dynamic work environment where you can make a meaningful impact in patient care.

Location:

• Wadena, MN
• Specialty Pharmacy setting

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
• Weekends closed

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage pharmacy operations encompassing retail and long-term care services
• Provide comprehensive medication therapy management
• Ensure accuracy and safety in dispensing medications
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Support immunization efforts and other patient education initiatives

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License
• Immunization Certification
• CPR Certification
• PharmD degree or MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification preferred
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
