A specialty pharmacy in Wadena, MN is seeking a knowledgeable Pharmacist for a contract opportunity lasting 13+ weeks. This role offers a blend of retail pharmacy responsibilities alongside long-term care duties, providing a varied and rewarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and efficiently in both retail and long-term care settings
• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and consultations
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations
• Administer immunizations and provide patient education
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient care plans
• Maintain precise records and manage inventory

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License required
• Immunization Certification and CPR Certification essential
• PharmD degree or certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM) preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
• Weekends closed
