A new pharmacist role is available in Oklahoma, offering an opportunity to work in a Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) and rehabilitation hospital setting. This contract position, with the potential to transition to a permanent role, involves essential inpatient pharmacy responsibilities within a healthcare facility located in Muskogee, OK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, ensuring proper workflow and compliance
• Consult with physicians and healthcare team members regarding medication therapies
• Participate in clinical rounds and contribute to patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Oklahoma pharmacist license is required

Schedule:
