Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense prescriptions for hospital inpatients and outpatients
• Review patient medication orders for appropriateness and potential interactions
• Provide counseling to patients regarding their medications and proper usage
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to support patient care plans
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory and safety standards within the pharmacy
• Participate in medication inventory management and restocking activities

Qualifications:

• Valid pharmacist licensure in the United States
• Previous experience working in hospital and outpatient pharmacy settings
