A specialty pharmacy located in Walker, MN, is seeking a qualified pharmacist to support long-term care and retail pharmacy services from June through September. This contract role offers an opportunity to apply your skills in a focused pharmacy setting during weekend hours.
Schedule:
- Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform long-term care pharmacy duties with attention to patient needs and medication management
- Manage retail pharmacy operations, including dispensing and counseling
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- PharmD or equivalent pharmacy degree
- Immunization Certification to administer vaccines confidently
- Current CPR Certification to handle emergencies
- MTM (Medication Therapy Management) Certification preferred but not required
