• Provide medication counseling and educate patients and staff on drug therapy.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of Wisconsin (or eligible to obtain).
• Previous hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication therapy management and hospital pharmacy procedures.
