Per Diem Pharmacist | Waukesha, Wisconsin

This position offers an opportunity to work as a Staff Pharmacist in a Long-Term Care (LTC) Mail Order pharmacy environment. The role requires strong pharmacy knowledge and familiarity with the Frameworks computer system. The assignment duration is from July 6 to July 23rd on a per diem basis.

• Accurately prepare and dispense medications in compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations.
• Utilize the Frameworks computer system to process prescriptions and maintain accurate patient records.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Wisconsin pharmacy license required.
• Experience in LTC pharmacy is highly preferred.
