A per diem opportunity is available for a skilled pharmacist to support operations in a Long-Term Care (LTC) and mail order pharmacy environment using the Frameworks computer system. This role will cover shifts from July 6 to July 23, providing essential pharmacy services with a focus on accuracy and patient safety.

Location:

• Waukesha, WI

Schedule:

• Per Diem, with scheduled shifts between July 6 and July 23

Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense medications according to prescriptions and regulatory standards
• Support the LTC and mail order pharmacy workflow, ensuring timely processing of orders
• Utilize the Frameworks computer system to manage pharmacy records and documentation
• Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to address medication-related inquiries and ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere strictly to pharmaceutical laws, policies, and quality assurance procedures

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacy license is mandatory
• Previous LTC pharmacy experience is highly beneficial
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical procedures and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer systems, preferably Frameworks
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication and organizational skills
