Per Diem Pharmacist - Waukesha, WI

Support the efficient operation of a high-volume retail pharmacy as a PRN Pharmacist during a dedicated short-term assignment. This role offers the opportunity to apply your expertise in prescription verification and patient counseling within a well-staffed environment using the RX 30 computer system.

Location:

• Waukesha, WI

Schedule:

• March 2-7
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately verify and dispense an average of 100 prescriptions daily.
• Provide clear and effective patient counseling to support medication adherence.
• Collaborate with a team including 2 pharmacy technicians and 1 cashier to ensure smooth workflow.
• Utilize the RX 30 computer system to manage prescription processing efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent retail pharmacy experience.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
