Per Diem Pharmacist - Waukesha, WI

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a licensed pharmacist seeking a flexible per diem schedule in a dynamic retail pharmacy setting. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent retail pharmacy experience and hold a valid Wisconsin pharmacist license.

Location:

• Waukesha, WI

Schedule:

• March 2-7
• Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately check prescriptions to ensure safety and compliance
• Provide patient counseling to support medication adherence and health outcomes
• Collaborate effectively with a team consisting of two pharmacy technicians and one cashier
• Utilize RX 30 computer system for prescription processing
• Manage an average prescription volume of approximately 100 scripts daily

Qualifications:

• Current Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum one year of recent retail pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication skills for counseling patients and interacting with the pharmacy team
