Serving as a Pharmacist, you will provide expert pharmaceutical care and support the operational needs of this well-regarded location. Location: Asheville, NC
Type: Per Diem (with potential to transition to permanent)
Schedule:
- Two shifts per week guaranteed
- Fixed shift: Fridays 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- One additional weekday shift (Monday to Thursday), mutually agreed upon and consistent
Shift: Day
Responsibilities:
- Accurately dispense prescription medications and counsel patients on proper use
- Manage inventory and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Maintain patient records and confidentiality per pharmacy standards
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient health outcomes
- Deliver friendly, professional customer service in a retail setting
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Valid North Carolina Pharmacist license required
- Experience working in retail pharmacy preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
