Pharmacist in Weed, CA

A retail pharmacy located in Northern California is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to support their high-volume store. This role is ideal for an experienced pharmacist comfortable managing a busy environment and working with PioneerRx software. The position offers a Monday through Friday schedule, 9 AM to 6 PM, on a contract basis with ongoing duration to be confirmed.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately process and dispense 400–500 prescriptions daily
• Provide exceptional patient care and medication counseling
• Maintain compliance with state regulations and pharmacy policies
• Utilize PioneerRx software for prescription management and workflow
• Collaborate effectively with pharmacy team members to ensure smooth operations

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid California Pharmacist License
• Recent experience as a retail pharmacist, preferably in a high-volume setting
• Proficiency or willingness to quickly learn PioneerRx pharmacy software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
