Per Diem Pharmacist | Weed, California

An opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist to provide retail pharmacy coverage in the Mt. Shasta area from September 4 through September 21. This per diem position offers a chance to deliver essential pharmacy services in a community setting, supporting patient care with accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense prescriptions accurately and efficiently in a retail environment
• Counsel patients on medication usage, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Manage inventory and perform quality control checks

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current California Pharmacist license
• Recent experience working as a Pharmacist, preferably in retail pharmacy
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and provide patient-focused care

Location:

• A retail pharmacy near Mt. Shasta, CA, with daily hours from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
