A specialized opportunity is available for a Non-Sterile Compounding Pharmacist with expertise in overseeing personalized pharmaceutical preparations. This contract-to-hire role is based in Kennett Square, PA, within a facility known for bespoke compounding pharmacy services tailored to individual patient needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and oversee the accuracy of non-sterile compounded preparations according to master formula worksheets.
• Implement and adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and policies to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance.
• Enforce cleaning and garbing policies in line with company standards.
• Perform necessary calculations and maintain thorough documentation.
• Operate production and computerized equipment accurately, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Ensure the quality, purity, and potency of compounded medications through quality control testing and inspections.
• Stay current with advancements in compounding techniques, formulations, and technologies.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance compounding pharmacy expertise.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
• Recent pharmacy practice with demonstrated experience in non-sterile compounding.
