Seeking experienced pharmacists to support a dynamic community pharmacy setting in West Palm Beach, FL. This per diem role offers the opportunity to serve as the Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) when the pharmacy manager is unavailable, helping maintain seamless pharmacy operations at a well-established clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations during shifts as the PIC
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Supervise pharmacy staff and manage workflow efficiently
• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide excellent patient counseling and pharmaceutical care
• Maintain accurate records and handle inventory management

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Florida Pharmacist License required
• Proven prior experience working in a retail pharmacy setting
• Strong understanding of community pharmacy operations and regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities as PIC

Schedule:
