Seeking a skilled pharmacist for per diem opportunities in Jupiter, FL, with flexible upcoming dates beyond May 15th-17th. This role centers on ensuring the highest level of accuracy and safety in prescription fulfillment within a professional pharmacy setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform initial (PV1) and final (PV2) prescription verifications on both compounded and commercial prescriptions.
• Ensure all prescriptions meet legal and safety standards prior to dispensing.
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain efficient workflow and high-quality patient care.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to prescriptions promptly.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist in the state of Florida.
• Proven experience in prescription verification, particularly with compounded medications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
