Per Diem Pharmacist in Westerville, OH

A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed pharmacist to provide essential coverage on May 26th in Cincinnati, Ohio. This per diem role offers the chance to utilize your skills during the 1st shift from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The position involves working with Pioneer software and engaging directly with patients to ensure safe medication dispensing and excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately under manager supervision
• Counsel and advise patients on their medication regimens
• Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints per policy
• Maintain stock, controlled drug records, and inventory management
• Resolve patient issues and clarify third-party insurance coverage

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active, clear pharmacist license in Ohio
• Minimum of 1 year retail pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with pharmacy software; experience with Pioneer preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to patient safety and regulatory compliance
