Pharmacist - Whittier, CA

A contract opportunity is available for a Pharmacist to start immediately, located in Whittier, CA. This role offers a Monday to Thursday schedule with four 10-hour day shifts per week, supporting a balanced work-life rhythm.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and compliance with established protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards
• Provide patient consultations to offer guidance on medication use and answer health-related inquiries

Qualifications:

• Valid Pharmacist license in the state of California
• Prior experience with order verification and supervising pharmacy staff
• Strong communication skills for effective patient interaction and team coordination
• Ability to work efficiently within a structured day-shift schedule
