Pharmacist | Whittier, California

A Pharmacist is needed to support an LTAC/Rehabilitation hospital in downtown Los Angeles, near Dodger Stadium. This role focuses on managing complex patient care, including those on ventilators, within an inpatient setting.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
• Consult with physicians to optimize pharmacotherapy and patient outcomes
• Participate in pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring to tailor medication regimens

Schedule:

• Four 10-hour day shifts per week

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist license required
• Previous inpatient pharmacy experience essential
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment
• Preferably local or able to start promptly
