A skilled Pharmacist opportunity is available in a LTAC/Rehab hospital setting located in downtown Los Angeles, adjacent to Dodger Stadium. This role focuses on delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care to patients, many of whom are on ventilators, requiring attentive and precise medication management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification ensuring accuracy and compliance with hospital protocols
• Supervise pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow
• Consult with physicians regarding medication therapies and adjustments
• Perform pharmacokinetic evaluations to optimize patient treatment plans

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid California Pharmacist license
• Inpatient pharmacy experience, ideally within a rehab or LTAC hospital environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with healthcare teams
• Local candidates preferred for ease of transition and immediate start

Schedule and Contract Details:

• Four 10-hour shifts per week (day shifts)
• Month-to-month contract with potential to work Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday (TTH)
• Immediate availability desired, with a start date the week of June 1
