A pharmacy opportunity is available for a licensed Pharmacist skilled in sterile compounding, offering per diem work with flexible scheduling. This position supports PRN and vacation coverage needs throughout 2026 at a well-established sterile compounding pharmacy.

Location:

• Wichita Falls, TX

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Per diem shifts to provide coverage as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications accurately and safely
• Ensure compliance with all pharmacy policies and regulatory standards
• Collaborate professionally with the pharmacy team, including the supportive Pharmacy Manager
• Provide exceptional pharmaceutical care and service to patients and healthcare providers

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist licensure in Texas
• Experience in sterile compounding pharmacy operations
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Ability to work independently and manage per diem assignments reliably
