Per Diem Pharmacist in Wichita Falls, TX

This role offers the opportunity to provide critical support in a sterile compounding pharmacy environment. The position is based in Wichita Falls, TX, with a focus on PRN and vacation coverage throughout 2026, enabling flexibility and a balanced workload.

Schedule:

• Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense sterile compounded medications following strict safety and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and pharmacy protocols
• Collaborate with pharmacy staff to maintain accurate records and inventory management
• Provide expert pharmaceutical care and counsel to healthcare providers and patients as needed

Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist with current and valid credentials
• Experience in sterile compounding pharmacy practice preferred
• Knowledge of USP <797> guidelines and sterile compounding procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
