Pharmacist - Williamsport, PA

A leading retail pharmacy located in Mill Hall, PA is seeking a full-time Pharmacist for a direct hire opportunity. This position offers a variable schedule covering day and afternoon shifts, providing flexibility within a supportive retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify the accuracy and appropriateness of all prescriptions by completing Drug Utilization Reviews and Final Quality Assurance checks in compliance with state and federal Board of Pharmacy regulations.
• Promote business growth by recommending and implementing clinical programs such as immunizations and Medication Therapy Management (MTM) when available.
• Collaborate with management to monitor and improve key department performance metrics, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist in inventory control by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demands and optimize profitability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree.
• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist License.
• Current Pennsylvania Immunization License.
