Pharmacist in Willow Creek, CA

A retail pharmacist opportunity is available for a two-week contract to cover vacation needs in Northern California. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced retail pharmacy setting, providing excellent patient care and medication management during daytime hours.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts
• Week of June 22nd and week of June 29th

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately dispense prescription medications in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Counsel patients on proper medication usage, side effects, and interactions
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in pharmacy systems
• Assist with inventory management and ensure security of medications

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in good standing
• Retail pharmacy experience is preferred; new graduates welcome to apply
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Comfortable working independently and in a team environment
