Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and oversee medications for inpatient care, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Perform sterile compounding in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy.
• Maintain proper documentation and inventory control within the pharmacy department.
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with current credentials.
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations and/or strong sterile compounding expertise.
• Flexibility to adapt to various scheduling needs.
• Interest in long-term commitment or relocation is preferred.
• Willingness to consider travel-to-hire or direct-hire employment models.

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday – Sunday: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Potential schedules include rotating 3–4 twelve-hour shifts or four ten-hour shifts, adjusted to meet departmental needs.
