An opportunity is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacist to support a pharmacy operation in Greensboro, NC. This contract assignment offers immediate start and potential for long-term placement or permanent hire. Candidates should have a strong background in home infusion and be comfortable working in a dynamic, patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities:

• Review and verify medication orders specifically for infusion therapies
• Oversee the preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications
• Ensure strict compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
• Provide clinical support and drug information to healthcare staff and patients
• Collaborate closely with pharmacy team members to maintain efficient workflow and patient safety
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
• Recent experience in infusion or home infusion pharmacy practice
• Strong expertise in sterile compounding techniques
• Thorough knowledge of USP <797> and <800> guidelines
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Schedule/Hours:

• Typically 3 to 5 days per week; specific dates to be confirmed
