Pharmacist in Wisconsin Rapids, WI

This opportunity is for a Pharmacist role supporting a 250-bed hospital located in Marshfield, WI. The assignment will begin as soon as possible, with a duration of 13 weeks or longer. The schedule follows a 7-on, 7-off rotation alternating between the 2nd shift (12:00 PM to 10:00 PM) and 3rd shift (9:00 PM to 7:00 AM), typically starting midweek on Wednesday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications accurately and safely in a hospital setting
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Utilize Cerner and Omnicell systems for medication management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Wisconsin Pharmacist license or willingness to obtain an Act 10 temporary license
• Hospital pharmacy experience is preferred
• Comfortable working rotating shifts, including nights
• Proficient with electronic medication records, particularly Cerner and Omnicell
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
