This opportunity is for a Per Diem Pharmacist position supporting a nursing home facility serving 50 residents. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, covering vacation dates on the 6th, 7th, 8th, 10th, and 11th. This role provides essential pharmacy services including prescription verification using the PointClickCare system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify and accurately process prescriptions to ensure patient safety
• Collaborate with a pharmacy technician team to manage medication distribution

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Virginia pharmacist license
