Per Diem Pharmacist - Worcester, Massachusetts

A retail and long-term care pharmacy seeks a licensed Pharmacist to provide expert medication distribution and exceptional customer service. This per diem opportunity offers flexible scheduling within a professional healthcare environment.

• Framingham, MA

Schedule:

• Tuesday, November 3, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Friday, November 6, 2026 | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (8.5 hours)
• Total hours: 17 per week

Responsibilities:

• Accurately distribute prescription medications according to physicians’ and other authorized health practitioners’ orders
• Counsel patients and customers on proper medication use, potential side effects, and answer related questions
• Deliver a high standard of customer care, focusing on clarity and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy laws and regulations

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Massachusetts pharmacist license required
• Experience in retail and/or long-term care pharmacy settings highly preferred
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a healthcare team
