Per Diem Pharmacist - Yankton, SD

A Per Diem Pharmacist position is available in Yankton, SD, providing essential pharmacy services within a retail and long-term care setting. This role requires delivering accurate medication dispensing and expert guidance to patients, ensuring a superior level of customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Dispense medications as prescribed by physicians and healthcare practitioners.
• Provide detailed information and counseling to customers regarding medication use.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and patient care.
• Work scheduled shifts, including specific dates in March and April-May.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Specific shifts:
  • Friday, March 20th: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Friday, April 24th to Friday, May 1st: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed Pharmacist in South Dakota.
• Experience in retail pharmacy and/or long-term care settings preferred.
