An established animal health pharmacy is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist for a permanent role in a closed-door, non-compounding pharmacy environment. This position offers a standard Monday to Friday schedule, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine with no weekend shifts.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications in compliance with professional standards, facility protocols, and state and federal regulations.
• Conduct medication reconciliation when possible to ensure seamless patient care transitions upon discharge.
• Provide exceptional customer service and clinical care within the pharmacy setting.
• Consult with patients on medication usage, including dosage, frequency, special handling, and potential drug interactions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania Pharmacist license.
