A permanent pharmacist position is available in a closed-door, non-compounding pharmacy setting located in Elizabethtown, PA. This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who thrives in an environment focused on clinical care and excellent customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• No weekend hours required

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, prepare, and dispense medications following professional standards, facility procedures, and state and federal laws.
• Perform medication reconciliation when possible to ensure a seamless continuum of care for patients at discharge.
• Provide patient consultations about prescribed medications, including dosage, frequency, special instructions, and potential drug interactions.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality customer service and clinical care.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania pharmacist license is required.
• Experience working in a closed-door pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of medication dispensing and professional pharmacy standards.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach.
