Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Pharmacy Manager to control inventories by tracking weekly sales and ordering pharmaceutical stock to meet customer demand and maximize profits.
• Accurately weigh, measure, mix drugs, and fill prescriptions ensuring correct quantities and compositions. Dispense non-prescription medications and offer advice to self-medicating patients.
• Maintain clear communication with healthcare and insurance professionals to support patient care.
• Administer patient immunizations routinely as part of comprehensive pharmacy services.
• In the absence of the Pharmacy Manager, may schedule pharmacy staff, manage performance recognition, handle disciplinary actions, and assign duties to optimize team effectiveness.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD degree required.
• Current Pennsylvania Pharmacist License mandatory.
• Pennsylvania Immunization License preferred to provide immunization services.
