A pharmacist role is open for a 2-month contract assignment in a home infusion environment located in Ypsilanti, MI. The position involves day shifts from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with preparation and verification of sterile compounds performed by technicians in a clean room setting.
• Adhere to USP 797 and USP 800 standards to ensure safety and compliance in sterile compounding.
• Provide clinical consults to patients, supporting quality care and medication management.
• Collaborate effectively within the home infusion team to maintain operational excellence.

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in home infusion pharmacy settings is required.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with sterile compounding, preferably within home infusion.
• Familiarity with the Care Tend computer system is a plus but not mandatory.
• Active Michigan pharmacy license is mandatory.
