Pharmacist - Yreka, California

A retail pharmacy in Yreka, CA is seeking a full-time Pharmacist to manage daily operations and prescription fulfillment. This role requires an experienced professional comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a high prescription volume. The pharmacy recently transitioned to the PioneerRx software system, so familiarity or adaptability to new pharmacy management systems is essential.

Location:

• Yreka, CA

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Accurately fill and dispense 400–500 prescriptions daily
• Provide patient counseling and medication guidance
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy laws and regulations
• Manage inventory and assist with daily store operations
• Utilize PioneerRx software for prescription processing

Qualifications:

• Active California Pharmacist license
• Recent experience as a pharmacist, ideally in a high-volume retail setting
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable using or learning PioneerRx pharmacy software
