Responsibilities
Oversees acute care, retail pharmacy, 340B operations, and pharmacy services across offsite locations, including a cancer center and outpatient infusion program, while managing five direct reports and 25 FTEs.
Provides operational leadership during a period of transition by strengthening team culture, improving business performance, advancing medication safety and antibiotic stewardship initiatives, and maintaining responsibility for the pharmacy license until a permanent director is appointed.
