I’m currently recruiting for a Direct Hire Pharmacy Manager opportunity in New York. This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail pharmacist looking to step into a leadership role and manage day-to-day pharmacy operations.

Type: Direct Hire / Permanent
Schedule: Variable day/afternoon shifts

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily retail pharmacy operations
Verify prescriptions and complete final quality checks
Supervise, train, and develop pharmacy staff
Manage inventory, workflow, and department performance
Provide patient counseling and excellent customer service
Support immunization and MTM programs

Requirements:

Bachelor of Pharmacy or PharmD
Active New York Pharmacist license
Retail pharmacy experience
Leadership or management experience preferred
