Location: Abilene, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities:

• Serve as Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing pharmacy operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Lead and manage the pharmacy team effectively, fostering a collaborative and efficient work culture
• Oversee compounding activities, including sterile and non-sterile preparations
• Maintain pharmacy licensure and pursue additional state licenses as needed
• Support the pharmacy’s growth and development objectives

Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License required; willingness to obtain multiple state licenses over time
• Minimum of 1 year of pharmacist experience, with preference for previous PIC experience
• Proven skills in sterile and non-sterile compounding
