Location: Lynchburg, VA
Job Type: Contract (13 weeks+), with potential for temp-to-hire
Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• Day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure safe, effective medication use for behavioral health patients.
• Serve as the working Pharmacist-in-Charge, managing staff and pharmacy workflow.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support patient care and optimize medication therapy.
• Lead inventory management and procurement processes.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with PIC experience.
• Strong knowledge of behavioral health pharmacy practices preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in a pharmacy setting, managing both staff and operations.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions.
