Pharmacy Manager in Atlanta, GA

Oversee critical pharmacy operations as a Home Infusion Pharmacy Manager, leading the delivery of safe, home-based intravenous therapies. This direct hire role requires a hands-on leader who is deeply experienced in managing pharmacy teams and infusion services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving both clinical and operational excellence.

Location: Atlanta, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM with schedule flexibility; administrative on-call responsibilities
Start: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations including sterile compounding, IV admixture preparation, dispensing, and inventory control
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians
• Ensure compliance with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and USP <797/800> compounding standards
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to optimize clinical outcomes of infusion therapies
• Participate in budgeting, workflow optimization, and continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Experience:

• PharmD or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Active, unrestricted pharmacist license in Georgia
• 5-7 years of clinical and operational experience in home infusion or acute care pharmacy settings
• Demonstrated expertise in IV admixture services and regulatory compliance
• Proven leadership skills in managing and developing pharmacy teams
• Experience with CPR+ or CareTend systems preferred
